Roadside Assistance, working with the RAC

Every new Mercedes-Benz car comes with free comprehensive Roadside Assistance for three years and all Approved Used cars benefit from one year Roadside Assistance.

If you suffer a breakdown, we will send a qualified technician to try and fix the problem at the roadside. If this can’t be done, you and your car will be recovered to the nearest Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer.
 
If your car is older than three years old, your Roadside Assistance can be automatically activated/renewed when you have a service completed by a Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer. 

To request assistance, you can use the Mercedes me connect button in your vehicle’s phone book or in the overhead control panel or simply phone 00800 1777 7777 and have your vehicle details to hand (registration and VIN/Chassis number), owner/company details, symptom description and location of the breakdown.

Comprehensive breakdown and accident cover

Comprehensive Roadside Assistance comes free-of-charge for 3 years with any new Mercedes-Benz or 1 year with all Approved Used cars.***

Cover is also available for customers with cars registered from 24 October 1998* and is automatically activated/renewed on completion of a service by a Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer.

To maintain Roadside Assistance cover after the first 3 years, simply service your car at a Mercedes-Benz Authorised Repairer.

You’ll receive a renewal notification to confirm cover has been extended for another 12 months on completion of a full Mercedes-Benz Recommended Service.**
