An Agility contract is a flexible method of financing a vehicle with an option to full ownership. This agreement defers your decision of whether to purchase, hand back or buy another Mercedes-Benz , until the end of the agreement.

At the end of the agreement, you decide whether you want to:

– Buy another Mercedes-Benz.

– Purchase your van by paying the Optional Purchase payment (balloon) and Option to Purchase Fee of £10.

– Return your vehicle to us.

A Hire Purchase agreement is a traditional and straightforward route to ownership of a vehicle. This product requires you to pay an up-front deposit and fund the remaining balance monthly over a fixed term at a fixed rate of interest.

A solution for those who want to drive one of our vehicles over a fixed term, with fixed monthly rentals and without the commitment of ownership. With this option you lease your vehicle for a fixed period and for a fixed monthly rental (subject to any changes in VAT rate). Full and partial settlement is not available and ending the agreement early will incur a discounted payment of all rentals due.

Contract Hire gives you the ability to enjoy driving a Mercedes-Benz without the commitment of ownership. With this option you lease your vehicle for a fixed period and for a fixed monthly rental (subject to any changes in VAT rate). This rental includes the cost of your vehicle’s Vehicle Excise Duty (VED)** for the duration of your agreement. Full and partial settlement is not available and ending the agreement early will incur a discounted payment of all rentals due.

Finance Lease gives you the ability to enjoy driving a Mercedes-Benz for a fixed time without the option of ownership. With this option you lease your vehicle for a fixed period and for fixed monthly rentals. As a limited company or PLC Customer, your vehicle can also appear as an asset on your balance sheet.
