If your van or pickup was registered after 1st October 2012, has been maintained by the Mercedes-Benz network and suffers a technical breakdown that renders it immobile, you can call MobiloVan 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from anywhere within the UK.

A trained Mercedes-Benz Technician will arrive within 60 minutes on average, in a van stocked with diagnostic equipment and GenuineParts, all solely designed for a Mercedes-Benz.

*MobiloVan applies to vehicles purchased from an authorised Mercedes-Benz Dealer, originally destined for and first registered in the UK on or after 01.10.2012. To extend your coverage beyond the initial three years of warranty cover and up to a maximum of thirty years, have your vehicle serviced at one of our approved workshops and it will automatically be renewed until the next service is due. Coverage extension beyond the initial three years excludes minor mishap cover. Terms and conditions apply.
