Very straight forward purchase of two used Mercedes Sprinter luton vans with Matthew. Sent a message late on Sunday, whilst when browsing online, Matthew contacted me Monday. Vans purchased and delivered in exactly 1 week. The vans were of a high standard and clean – as I try to buy new no stock available took a punt. I did not view the vehicles in advance and so was happy with the result. I would buy again from them.

Our vans are the backbone of our company. Without them, we simply wouldn’t be able to operate as a tour business. They’re central to the customer experience, helping us showcase the local area in a safe and comfortable way. When a vehicle is off the road, particularly due to unplanned maintenance, it can have a real ripple effect, causing delays, rescheduling or even cancellations. We carry out regular servicing using genuine Mercedes-Benz service kits through our in-house technician, and our strong relationship with Ciceley Commercials helps keep our fleet on the road. Having flexibility in servicing is also key, allowing us to plan maintenance around quieter periods and maximise availability when demand is at its peak.
