Construction is continuing at an impressive pace on our new Mercedes-Benz Truck & Bus dealership at Eurocentral, with major milestones reached across the site in recent weeks. As work progresses, the development is rapidly taking shape and bringing us one step closer to opening a state-of-the-art facility to support customers across Scotland.
One of the most noticeable achievements is the completion of the building’s external cladding, revealing the striking appearance of the new dealership. Inside, internal blockwork is now largely complete, while partition walls are being installed throughout the building. Mechanical and electrical first-fix works are also well underway, with ventilation systems and service containment now in place.
Significant progress has also been made within the workshop. All three service pits have been installed and levelled, with the first phase of concrete works now underway. Fire protection measures and fire boarding continue to progress, preparing the building for the next stages of the internal fit-out.
Externally, extensive groundwork continues across the site. Retaining crib walls are nearing completion around the perimeter, drainage infrastructure has been installed, and site levels are almost complete as work begins on kerbing and construction of the service yard.
Our latest photographs showcase just how much progress has been made in a short space of time. With the exterior now complete and the internal infrastructure coming together, the vision for our new Eurocentral dealership is becoming a reality.
Over the coming weeks, work will continue with the installation of internal partitions and fire stopping, further mechanical and electrical services, roller shutter doors and curtain walling, roof-mounted solar PV panels, and the construction of the concrete service yard.
We’re excited to see our new Eurocentral facility continue to progress and look forward to welcoming customers to a modern, purpose-built Mercedes-Benz Truck & Bus dealership that will provide industry-leading sales, servicing and parts support across Scotland.
