Ciceley Commercials Ltd has recruited new management personnel ahead of the opening of our new depot at Eurocentral this October.
Calum Aitken will become our new Aftersales Manager, starting on 1 June, and Scott Miller will take on the role of Truck Sales Manager (North), starting on 13 April.
Calum previously worked with Ciceley Commercials as a Truck Sales Executive before moving to Daimler Truck UK as an Aftersales Dealer Development Manager.
Dealer Principal Andy Heys commented:
“Over the years, Calum has developed long-standing relationships with many customers, earning their trust through consistent service, strong communication, and a deep understanding of their operational needs.
His knowledge of our local customer base — their expectations, preferences, and service requirements — will be a significant asset as we establish and grow the Eurocentral aftersales operation.
In his new role, Calum will play a key part in the development and build of the aftersales department from the ground up. This will include building a customer-focused aftersales team and embedding the Ciceley ethos and values, assisting in the design and set-up of the aftersales areas, implementing robust and efficient processes aligned with manufacturer standards, and training and developing colleagues to ensure we deliver an exceptional customer experience from day one.”
From his role as Daimler Truck Sales Dealer Development Manager, Scott brings a wealth of truck sales expertise gained from both his time within dealerships and his advisory work at Daimler Truck.
Andy added:
“Through his extensive experience working closely with dealers and customers across the region, Scott has developed exceptional knowledge of the local market and built strong, long-standing relationships with customers in the area.
In his new role, Scott will lead our truck sales strategy for the North, covering both Eurocentral and Carlisle. He will play a pivotal part in developing and strengthening customer relationships across the region, supporting the growth of our northern footprint, and ensuring Eurocentral becomes a successful and high-performing site from day one.”
We are delighted to welcome both Calum and Scott to their new roles and look forward to the experience, leadership, and energy they will bring to the business. Their appointments mark an important step in our continued growth, and we’re excited to have them on board as we prepare to launch our Eurocentral site later this year.
