Yesterday, Lorraine, Steve Bullen and Andy Heys attended the annual Truck Sales Leaders’ Conference in Derby.
We are delighted to announce that we achieved a remarkable double win at the prestigious Truck Sales Leaders’ Conference at the new Daimler Truck training facility in Derby, securing both the Truck Customer Service Dealer of the Year and Truck Sales Team of the Year titles.
There were four awards presented, and Ciceley were in the top three for each award which is a fantastic achievement. We are delighted to have been recognised in all categories and to come away with two of the trophies. This is also on the back of just recently receiving the Van Customer Service Dealer of the Year runner up award last month.
The Daimler Truck Awards evaluate dealerships based on key factors such as customer satisfaction, service efficiency, and sales performance. Ciceley excelled in these areas, demonstrating its commitment to setting industry-leading standards.
Andy Heys, Dealer Principal, collected the Customer Service trophy on behalf of the team and said:
