We would like to let you know of an important change in the leadership of Ciceley Commercials Ltd. Mike Lewis has made the decision to step down from his role as Dealer Principal and has now left the business. Mike has been an integral part of Ciceley for 17 years and has played a pivotal role in shaping our company’s success through his ‘be the best’ ethos.
This ethos will continue through the direction of Andy Heys who has taken on the Dealer Principal role. Andy started his career with us as an apprentice in 1996. He left Ciceley to work for Mercedes-Benz for 13 years and we were delighted when he returned in his After Sales Director capacity in 2018. Andy’s background and vast experience of Ciceley and Mercedes-Benz will allow him to hit the ground running as our Dealer Principal to continue driving our exciting growth plans.
“This is an incredibly exciting time to take on the Dealer Principal role. I have worked alongside Mike as we have made plans over the last few years, and I look forward to leading the company throughout this growth. I will not follow in Mike’s footsteps. I will take what I have learnt from him, embrace his passion, drive and determination along with my own experience, vision and tenacity to keep Ciceley moving in the right direction. We ended 2024 on a high with massive immediate plans, in 2025 we will start to see these plans take form whilst we make bigger plans for the long-term future. Mike has not just been a colleague to me but a very close friend, I will greatly miss working alongside him. The Ciceley team and I are very thankful for everything Mike achieved over his 17 years and as he starts his next chapter, I look forward to leading Ciceley to ours. The future for Ciceley is very exciting and I am extremely proud to be able to play such a big part in it”.
As Andy steps into his new role as Dealer Principal, we are excited about the future and confident in the direction the company is heading. Andy brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success that will drive our continued growth and innovation.
