Cobra Specialist Security Services choose the small but mighty Citan
Cobra Specialist Security Services Ltd (Cobra) are a security, key-holding and alarm response company operating across Northern Ireland on a 24/7 basis.
Over the past 2 years, Cobra have invested in five Mercedes-Benz Citan vans from Ciceley Commercials Ltd to replace the previous fleet of mobile response vehicles.
Due to the nature of the business and the need to respond quickly to alarm activations on a 24 hours per day, 7 days per week basis, Cobra needed reliable, rugged but comfortable vans for their drivers to work with – and the Mercedes- Benz Citan ticked all the boxes.
“Our response drivers are also made to feel comfortable inside the van, with an executive feeling interior combing both space and functionality. The executive look and feel of the Citan can also be seen on the outside, with the contemporary design coupled with Cobra’s own corporate decals presenting both a modern and professional image to clients and staff alike.”
Joe O'Rourke"Our drivers do a range of both city and urban driving, with miles quickly being racked up across each shift. The Citan deals with this effortlessly, with perfect turn of pace, comfortable cornering and handling all helping make this van feel like you’re driving a high-end car".
“Alongside all the practical features that make the Citan both a reliable and safe van for our drivers, it also comes with the added benefit of being highly fuel efficient. The fuel economy outperforms the various different response vehicles Cobra have used in our near 20 years in business. As a result, Cobra can remain competitive within the security market place and pass on such fuel and running cost savings to our customers.”
“The Citan’s reliability and functionality is only matched by the service that Ciceley provides to Cobra. Prior to each purchase, Ciceley has provided a range of excellent advice and guidance on the Mercedes range of vans. Although Cobra are based in Northern Ireland, Ciceley have been very flexible in their approach to delivering each new Citan we purchase.”
For after-sales services, Cobra has a dedicated account manager who rectifies issues at the first time of asking and replacement vehicles are provided within 1 hour to ensure we meet our client’s service requirements.”
