On Monday 29th April, at a prestigious awards ceremony in Germany, Ciceley Commercials Aftersales Director, Andrew Heys collected the trophy on behalf of the Ciceley Aftersales Team.
After receiving this award previously, to win it a third time in a row is a fantastic achievement and is a tribute to our fantastic team across all our sites. Being recognised as the best in the network for three years is not only because we continue to work hard and provide an exceptional service, but also because we are all consistently looking for ways we can be even better.
However well we perform, whatever we achieve, for Ciceley we always strive to do better. That is the attitude that results in us setting the bar in customer service, receiving recognition like this award, and continuing to be the best Mercedes-Benz Truck dealer in the network.
Andrew Heys, our Aftersales Director went to collect the award at the yearly ceremony in Germany. He recognised that we couldn’t do this without the hard work and dedication of every person on our team and said, “We may only receive the one trophy, but the award is for each and every member of the after sales team who have contributed to delivering the best possible service, every day.”
