Sales Support Administrator

Ciceley Commercials Ltd is looking for an experienced commercial vehicle Sales Support Administrator to join the team at Head Office.

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual with proven experience in a similar role. You must be self-motivated, dedicated and a natural communicator.

• Providing support to van and truck Sales Executives at all sites
• Progressing vehicles from orders though to taxation and delivery
• Setting up Service Contracts
• Working closely with all departments including service to ensure all vehicles are progressed and delivered on time.
• Liaising with suppliers to provide updates on vehicle progress

• Previous commercial vehicle Sales Support Administration experience
• Excellent communication skills

• Knowledge of Autoline system
• Previous motor trade experience
• Previous Mercedes-Benz experience
• Previous experience in a commercial vehicle dealership
