Mercedes-Benz Van Sales Trainee – Bolton

Ciceley Commercials Ltd is looking for a dedicated Mercedes-Benz Van Sales Trainee to join our Bolton dealership team. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop a career with premium commercial vehicles in a family-run, award-winning business.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Trainee, you will:

• Complete online and face-to-face training modules

• Shadow experienced sales team members and support their day-to-day activities

• Understand business operations by liaising with other departments

• Maintain vehicle display areas, price boards, and corporate POS material

• Handle incoming enquiries and communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person

• Create online vehicle adverts (e.g., Autotrader)

• Capture vehicle photographs and short videos

• Assist with vehicle deliveries and movements

• Generate quotations using company IT systems

• Conduct prospecting activities and record leads in CRM

• Promote and sell electric vehicles

• Conduct customer test drives

• Achieve set targets after training completion

• Collaborate with Sales Support team to ensure accuracy of orders and WIP

Essential Criteria:

• Full UK clean driving licence

• Experience in customer-facing sales or service role

• Hardworking, motivated, and committed

• Exceptional communication skills and passion for sales

• Professional, organised, and detail-oriented

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and enthusiastic

• Numerate with moderate to strong IT skills

Desirable Criteria:

• Previous experience in vehicle sales
