We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual with previous experience in a similar automotive role. You must be prepared to go above and beyond for a customer in a quick paced environment.

The main duties will include:

· Receiving parts orders and providing advice to customers.

· Ensuring all customer orders are processed efficiently to meet required delivery timescales.

· Sourcing parts from other sources if item is not in Ciceley stock.

· Accurately preparing customer orders for dispatch ensuring delivery deadline is met.

· Keeping customers informed of order progress.

· Raising and sending invoices.

· Covering the parts counter liaising with customers face to face when required.

· Promoting new offers/services to customers.

· Ensuring parts store is kept tidy and organised.

· Always delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Essential Criteria

· Previous parts experience

· Excellent customer service and communication skills

· Technically minded with good mechanical knowledge

· Disciplined work approach

· Hard working with the ability to work under pressure

· Strong attention to detail

· Enthusiastic and dedicated approach to work

· Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

· Can do attitude

· Desire to ‘be the best’

· Organised and methodical work ethic

· Reliable and punctual

· Basic computer skills

· Numerate

· Full Driving Licence

Desirable Criteria

· Knowledge of Autoline/Kerridge system

· Previous Motor Trade experience

· Pervious Mercedes-Benz experience

· Knowledge of commercial vehicle parts
