Fleet Decommissioning Assistant

Ciceley Commercials Ltd is looking to recruit a Fleet Decommissioning Assistant to join our busy Vehicle Prep Centre.

This is a hands-on role focused on the decommissioning of returned fleet vehicles, ensuring they are prepared for their next stage in the vehicle lifecycle.

• Decommission returned fleet vans in line with company processes
• Remove internal fittings, equipment, and accessories
• Prepare vehicles to required standards for resale or onward use
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Follow instructions and adhere to all health and safety procedures

• Hardworking, reliable, and self-motivated
• A quick learner who can follow instructions accurately
• Practical and confident using hand tools
• Comfortable working in a physical, hands-on environment
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to carry out physical/manual work
• Punctual and dependable

• Experience in a workshop, yard or labouring role
• Knowledge of tools and basic mechanics
