Our vans are the backbone of our company. Without them, we simply wouldn’t be able to operate as a tour business. When a vehicle is off the road, particularly due to unplanned maintenance, it can have a real ripple effect, causing delays, rescheduling or even cancellations. Downtime brings both operational and financial challenges. It requires rapid vehicle reallocation and can lead to lost revenue, which is critical given the short UK tour season.
That’s why minimising downtime is a priority for us. We carry out regular servicing using genuine Mercedes-Benz service kits through our in-house technician, and our strong relationship with Ciceley Commercials helps keep our fleet on the road. Having flexibility in servicing is also key, allowing us to plan maintenance around quieter periods and maximise availability when demand is at its peak.
