Marketing Executive

We are seeking a creative and forward-thinking marketer who can ensure our marketing activity matches the quality of our offering, effectively communicating our unique strengths and helping to position Ciceley as the first choice for commercial vehicle solutions.

We are looking for someone who combines strong design capabilities with digital marketing expertise and a passion for creating engaging content across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Ciceley Commercials brand is presented consistently and professionally across all digital and printed channels while helping to generate enquiries, increase engagement and contribute to business growth across all departments, truck and van sales, service and parts.

• Website development
  • Creating clear and engaging content
  • Ensuring the site remains up to date
  • Monitoring Google Analytics to ensure optimum performance
  • Monitoring and managing SEO
  • Monitoring PPC campaigns and success across the business
• Design
  • Artwork creation for print e.g. flyers, posters, brochures
  • Liaising with suppliers, print and promotional materials
  • Creation of website imagery
  • Photography – staff and vehicles for use in designs, in social media and the website
  • Video – creation of videos for presentations, events and website.
• Social media
  • Developing and implementing a social media marketing plan
  • Ensuring regular, creative and engaging posts across all channels and all departments
  • Managing paid for ads
  • Working closely with our Digital Content Creator to ensure joined up approach on content and timing
  • Monitoring, reporting and analysing results to continuously improve and develop content
• Copywriting for website and social media campaigns
• Adding truck stock to a selection of online advertising platforms
• Monitoring online vehicle advertising platforms, e.g. AutoTrader
• Always looking for new opportunities to promote the Ciceley business
• Adhoc marketing activities to support the wider marketing team as and when required including the ordering of corporate wear, stationery and assisting with events when required

• Previous experience in a marketing role (minimum three years)
• Excellent graphic design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
• Photography and video editing experience.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
• Experience managing websites and content management systems (CMS).
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
