• Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times
• Liaising with customers, face to face and over the phone
• Booking vehicles in for service, MOT or repair
• Liaising with workshop to provide customer updates
• Contacting customers to monitor satisfaction
• Introducing new offers and presenting the benefits of Genuine Service and Parts to customers
• Selling Service Contracts by promoting the benefits and cost savings
• Raising invoices for completed works

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Organised work ethic and able to work to a high standard
• Previous motor trade experience
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
• Numerate

• Previous experience in the commercial vehicle sector
• Knowledge of Autoline system
