Because the worst can sometimes happen, there's MobiloVan. If your van or pickup was registered after 1st October 2012 and suffers a technicial breakdown that renders it immobile, you can call MobiloVan 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from anywhere within the UK. 

A trained Mercedes-Benz Technician will arrive within 60 minutes on average, in a van stocked with diagnostic equipment and GenuineParts, all solely designed for a Mercedes-Benz.

Every new van or pickup automatically comes with MobiloVan. To extend your MobiloVan cover beyond the 3-year warranty period, you must have your vehicle serviced by an authorised Mercedes-Benz Dealer.

If your van is used (must be registered after 1st October 2012 to qualify) or if you have missed an important service, you can re-qualify for MobiloVan cover at any time by using an authorised Dealer for your next service.*

MobiloVan covers you for breakdowns anywhere in the UK and across Europe.

Once you have contacted MobiloVan, a fully trained Technician will attend and where possible, fix the issue at roadside. If they can't repair if there and then, they’ll recover your vehicle to the nearest Mercedes-Benz approved workshop for repair, where you’ll be given a range of options to keep you on the road.

*MobiloVan applies to vehicles purchased from an authorised Mercedes-Benz Dealer, originally destined for and first registered in the UK on or after 01.10.2012. To extend your coverage beyond the initial three years of warranty cover and up to a maximum of thirty years, have your vehicle serviced at one of our approved workshops and it will automatically be renewed until the next service is due.
