WIDE AND DOUBLE.

FUSO offers a choice of the two comfort cab variants for the Canter 7.5 t.

  • Both cabs are 1,995 mm wide and combine compact exterior dimensions with a spacious interior. The comfort single cab has three seats and the comfort double cab has seven seats.

POWERFUL AND ECONOMICAL.

Two efficient and powerful 3-litre engines are available for the Canter 7.5 t in the 110 kW (150 hp) and 129 kW (175 hp) performance levels.

  • Their turbocharger with variable turbine geometry ensures optimum response and consistently high torque
    even at low engine speeds.
  • They feature the latest common-rail technology and a start-stop function as standard.
  • A closed, automatically regenerating diesel particulate filter in combination with selective catalytic
    reduction (SCR) cleans the exhaust gases.
  • The engines meet the EURO VI standard (stage E).

MANUAL AND AUTOMATIC.

Besides a conventional 5-speed manual transmission, FUSO offers the DUONIC® 2.0 dual-clutch transmission for the Canter 7.5 t.

  • The automated 6-speed transmission provides a comfortable shifting sensation without tractive effort interruption and with minimal wear.
  • In addition, there is the practical parking function for safe parking, the consumption-reducing integrated Eco Mode and other intelligent solutions such as the crawl function for easier manoeuvring and the Hill Start Assist to ensure the truck moves off smoothly on upward gradients.

PROTECT AND SUPPORT.

The Canter 7.5 t is equipped with various modern assistance and safety systems.

  • ESP, ABS and AEBS (emergency braking system), LDWS (lane departure warning system) and driver airbag are
    of course standard.
  • The Side guard Assist (cornering assistant) is available as an option.
  • In addition to LED daytime running lights, the front headlights are optionally available in LED design.
  • Apart from the optional front passenger airbag, the standard seatbelt reminder enhances occupant safety.
  • A reinforced rear underride guard offers even better protection in the case of rear-end collisions.

RAPIDLY AVAILABLE AND TESTED.

For the Canter 7.5 t, FUSO offers the body as a three-way tipper with steel side walls directly from the factory.

  • The offer shortens the bodybuilding time of the complete vehicle.
  • The factory bodies, developed and tested by FUSO, stand for maximum quality as a complete vehicle concept.
  • The 36-month warranty on chassis, drive train and components ex works up to 100,000 km also covers the body.
  • Numerous optional extras, such as a toolbox, are available.

LOYAL COMPANION. THE CANTER 7,5T.

Like all models, the Canter 7.5 t naturally offers the typical compact dimensions of a light truck, which make it agile and easy to manoeuvre. Moreover, depending on the configuration, it weighs in at an unbeatable low tare weight in its class – 2,520 kg with a single cab and 2,785 kg with a double cab – without sacrificing stability.

This is ensured by its robust steel ladder frame with 6 mm frame thickness, which enables a chassis load capacity of up to 5 t. High maximum axle loads – 3,100 kg on the front axle and up to 5,800 kg on the rear axle – complete the Canter 7.5 t’s payload-oriented design.

THE CANTER 7,5 T

Due to its advantageous front-wheel drive design, the Canter 7.5 t has the most compact overall dimensions comparatively. Especially with longer body dimensions – maximum 7.2 m – this is an absolute advantage over vans with a nose. The Canter 7.5 t offers a clear benefit in manoeuvrability with just as many – up to 15 – pallet spaces. Not to mention the additional towing capacity of up to 3.5 t.

Another practical cornerstone is the tidy design of the interior, which results in an excellent access width of around 200 mm. Stepping out easily and safely on the passenger side on roads with heavy traffic is no problem.
