The role of a Parts Operations Specialist is diverse. You'll be working both behind the scenes receiving deliveries, and at the front desk serving Mercedes‑Benz customers. You'll learn skills in how to manage stock, process orders and organise displays to promote our vehicle parts.
Many of our Parts Operations Specialist graduates go on to perform customer-facing roles within Mercedes‑Benz. One of the primary skills taught during a Parts apprenticeship is how to serve a range of customers from dealerships to regular members of the public. You will also learn to advise customers on how to solve problems with their vehicle by suggesting the right parts to buy.
The programme helps to develop good analytical and organisational skills as well as confidence which widens the variety of roles that Parts programme graduates can move into further in their career.
You will be working in a busy environment, constantly representing the brand and its values by exceeding our customer’s expectations and delivering an unparalleled level of service and quality.
