Ciceley Mercedes-Benz Fixed Price Service.

Is exactly that, the price you see is the price you pay. Each fixed price service includes:

  • The use of only genuine Mercedes-Benz parts which include a 24 month warranty. If a part should fail we will replace it free of charge (within warranty period)
  • All work carried out by Mercedes-Benz factory trained technicians and is guaranteed for 12 months
  • Every service will receive a FREE VISUAL HEALTH CHECK
  • Detailed service sheet showing exactly what has been carried out
  • High grade quality engine oil will be used to extend your service intervals to the maximum
  • Competitively priced rental vans available whilst your vehicle is in
  • Collection and delivery to your home or place of work (if within area)
  • While you wait option available, please ask your Service Advisor how long your repair may take
  • Out of hours maintenance available
  • No repair work will be conducted without prior consent
  • Extensive parts stock for any repairs required
  • First time fix to reduce your amount of downtime


And by having a Mercedes-Benz Fixed Price Service you will be maintaining the Anti Perforation Warranty for your vehicle.
