Your free winter check includes:

  • Complimentary windscreen top up
  • Check on quality and quantity of anti-freeze
         Poor quality anti-freeze could cost you the price of an engine
  •  Battery condition test
          Battery failure is the prime reason for vehicle breakdowns
  •  Tyre tread depth checked and inner and outer walls checked for splits, wear and bulges.
          Worn tyres can add 25 feet to your stopping distance and potentially cause a fatal accident, which could result in manslaughter charges
  • Lighting system check
         Poor visibility is a major cause of road accidents and can result in a motoring endorsement
  • Wipers checked
         Ineffective wiper blades could result in a £1,000 fine and two penalty points
  • Brakes and brake fluid check
         Accidents due to ineffective brakes could result in a jail sentence

 

The work will be undertaken by an accredited Mercedes-Benz technician who understands your vehicle’s characteristics.

Any service measures requested by the factory, will be undertaken whilst your vehicle is in our workshop. Factory service measures require us to replace parts which have been identified as not performing up to standard. These parts will be replaced along with any required adjustments, free of charge.
