
All new Sprinter and Vito vans come with a free, two year MobilityGo package which ensures your Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle dealer keeps you mobile in the event of you losing the use of your vehicle for over two hours, or in the event of a breakdown anywhere within most of Northern, Western, Eastern and Central Europe*.
The MobilityGo benefit only comes into force if:
The vehicle is stranded by the roadside and /or cannot be started due to a technical fault, which is covered under the vehicle’s warranty.
The vehicle has been driven into the workshop by the customer and the vehicle requires a warranty repair, which will take more than two hours.
In the event of a roadside breakdown, under MobilityGo, the customer will receive:
Breakdown assistance and the towing of their vehicle to the nearest approved Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Workshop (in the event that our 24 hour assistance technicians are unable to rectify the fault at the roadside).
In the event of MobilityGo coming into force, the customer can choose a combination of the following three mobility options:
As an alternative to the above three options, a replacement vehicle for the duration of the repair can be organised by the approved Mercedes-Benz Workshop (up to a maximum of 5 days).
